1. Language Cube 소개

   랭귀지큐브는 국내 최초 성인대상 맞춤형 1:1 영어 클리닉 시스템을 도입하여, 일반 영어회화부터 비즈니스 영어, 영어 토론 수업, 영어 시험 준비 및 영어 면접과 프레젠테이션까지 학생 개개인의 레벨과 필요에 따라 맞춤 수업을 제공하고 있습니다. 현재 종로와 압구정, 역삼센터를 운영 중이며, 랭귀지큐브에 걸맞는 프로페셔널하고, 책임감 있으며, 경험이 많은 강사님들을 채용하고 있습니다.

2. 자격요건

 - 국내외 4년제 대학 학사 학위 이상

 - 영어 능통자 (영어 원어민 수준, 완벽한 bilingual 우대)

 - 영어권 국가 거주 우대 (이민, 유학 10년 이상)

 - 성인대상 1:1 또는 그룹 영어회화, 비즈니스 영어 강의 유경험자 (학원, 출강 등) 우대

 - 교육학 또는 영어 관련 전공 선호 (Education, English, TESOL, Linguistics)

 - 수업 과목 관련 전공 또는 실무 경험 선호 (Business related)

3. 수업 방식 및 과목

 - 수업 방식: 성인학생 대상 1:1 수업

 - 수업 과목: 기초 문법, 초/중/고급 영어 회화, 비즈니스 영어, 영어 토픽 토론 수업 (영어 뉴스, TED Talks 등), 영어 시험 준비 과정 (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC Speaking, OPIc 등), 영어 면접 (입사 영어 면접, 대학교/대학원 영어 면접 등), 영어 프레젠테이션

4. 모집 분야

 a. 풀타임: 스플릿, 오전 블락, 저녁 블락

 b. 파트: 오전 파트, 저녁 파트

   * 필요에 따라 근무 시간 협의 및 조정 가능

5. 채용 절차 및 신규강사 교육

1. About Language Cube

   Language Cube is a prestigious 1 on 1 private academy for adult students that focuses on specific needs of each individual learner such as general conversational English, business English, topic discussions, test preparation, English job interviews and presentations, and so on. Our branches are in Jongro, Apgujeong, and Yeoksam in Seoul, and we are looking for professional, responsible, experienced English native teachers.

2. Qualifications

  - All applicants must be English native speakers

  - All applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited 4-year university in English native speaking countries

  - Applicants with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or English are preferred

  - A preference is given to candidates with experience teaching ESL to adults in Korea (1:1 or groups, general conversational English and grammar, business English, topic discussions, etc.)

  - Candidates with business related degrees and/or experience working in business related jobs are preferred.

3. Class and Curriculum

  - Class: A 50-minute 1:1 class with an adult student

  - Curriculum: Basic English grammar, beginner/intermediate/advanced English conversation, business English, topic discussion (English news, TED Talks, etc.), English test prep (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC Speaking, OPIc), English interview prep (job, undergraduate/graduate school), English Presentation

4. Positions

  a. Full-Time: Split shift, Morning block shift, or Evening block shift

  b. Part-Time: Morning part-time or Evening part-time

5. Hiring Process and Training

 a. Application Process

  * Successful candidates are contacted for the 1^st and 2^nd interviews. And, 1^st interview takes place at our headquarters, and the 2^nd interview is at the branch you apply. 

  * And, in both interviews, you will be asked to do demo lessons with the recruiting manager and head manager.

 b. Training: Before starting classes, there is a mandatory 4-day training for all new teachers at our headquarters and their local branch (mock lessons, class observation, and so on).
